Sinking Driveway Lifted in Rochester, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Rochester, MN was growing frustrated with his sinking driveway. He had noticed the problem worsening over time and decided to research companies in the area who could help. Once he found our website, he decided to claim his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Gary, headed out to the property to see what could be done.
Solution
Once Gary completed his inspection he informed the homeowner that driveway sinkage is all too common, but that American Waterworks could help ease his frustrations. Gary went on to say that he recommended the use of our PolyLevel to address the situation. He explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that expands when it's inserted under a sinking slab, slowly lifting it back to its desired position. Agreeing with Gary, the homeowner scheduled the installation.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Patrick, made quick work of the install, and when the job was completed our homeowner was thrilled to know his worries were in the past!
