Concrete Lifted and Leveled in Prairie Du Chien, WI

Challenge

Following a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Prairie Du Chien, WI, noticed pools of water near their home. Worried this could lead to larger issues, they knew they needed a professional to inspect their home. After looking through several companies, the homeowner's eye was caught by our impressive concrete repair before and after photo albums. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ross, one of our Design Specialists. Ross arrived at the home and started his detailed analysis of the concrete stoop. Following his analysis, Ross determined that the front stoop needed to be lifted and leveled.

Solution

Ross suggested using PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution, to lift the sidewalk back to its original state and stop the water from pooling. Furthermore, Ross suggested repairing the large crack near the front door. After hearing his plan, the homeowner knew this was the best option for them. They agreed with Ross' suggestions and the plans were sent to our office for approval. After the plans were approved, they were sent to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew to begin the project. Sam and his crew traveled to the home and began the lifting and leveling project. First, the crew started by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the affected front step. Once the step was lifted back to its original state, the crew shifted their focus to filling the large crack in front of the door. The crack was repaired with the NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based crack solution. Once the crack was repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
