Before and After Driveway Repair in St. Paul, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in St. Paul, MN, was driving into their garage when they noticed it was quite bumpy. Wanting to avoid it getting worse, the homeowners knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with a solution. After looking through several companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, we sent Mitch, one of our Design Specialists, to the home to take a look at the damaged concrete.
Solution
After Mitch arrived at the home, he introduced himself to the homeowner and started his detailed investigation of the driveway. Mitch found that the driveway was sinking into the ground, causing the driveway to look uneven. To stop the driveway from sinking, Mitch suggested lifting it back to its original state with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. After considering all their options, the homeowner agreed with Mitch's plan and it was directed back to the office for approval. The plans were finalized by the office and then they were sent to our Foreman, Troy, and his crew. Troy and his crew traveled to the home and began by lifting the driveway. The crew inserted PolyLevel underneath the entire driveway and garage floor. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the joints and replacing them with NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. The crew successfully replaced all the sidewalk joints, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was pleased with the excellent job completed by the crew.
