Uneven Driveway Evened in Devils Lake, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Devils Lake, ND, knew they needed to repair their uneven garage floor. Knowing this was not a do-it-yourself project, the homeowner looked into several repair options near the Devils Lake area. The homeowner asked their friends for suggestions, and they recommended working with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner took a closer look at our company and was impressed with our services. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Kole, one of our Design Specialists.

Solution

Kole arrived at the home, introduced himself to the homeowner, and began the appointment. During his inspection, Kole discovered that the northeast corner of the garage was sinking into the ground. To stop the garage floor from sinking further, Kole recommended lifting and leveling the northeast section of the garage floor. The homeowner agreed with Kole's recommendations and the plans were sent to the office for approval. After the office received the plans, they created the project and sent it to our Foreman, Charlie. Once they received the plans, Charlie and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. To lift the slab back to its original position, Charlie used PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. After the crew lifted the area, they cleaned up their materials and left the home.
