Dropping Driveway Lifted in Lanesboro, MN

A homeowner in Lanesboro, MN, disliked that their driveway and garage floor were two different heights. Knowing they could not complete the task themselves, the homeowner looked into several different repair options near them. The homeowner's eye was caught by our high-rating reviews and stellar ratings. Since they were already on the website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Michel, to the home to begin the detailed estimate. Michel arrived at the home and began his thorough estimate.

Solution

Once he wrapped up his estimate, Michel determined the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the sidewalk from sinking further, Michel recommended installing the PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the sinking slabs. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once they received the stamp of approval from the homeowner and the office, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew. Patrick and his crew traveled to the home to begin the PolyLevel installation. The crew lifted the driveway and patio back to meet the foundation and garage slabs. Once the slabs were lifted back to their original state, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew.
