Puddled Sidewalk Leveled in Circle Pines, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Circle Pines, MN, noticed the sidewalk leading into their home had sunken significantly. After seeing the large puddles in the sunken parts of the sidewalk, the homeowners knew they needed to find a solution. During their investigation, the homeowner's eye was caught by our stellar reviews and ratings. Impressed by our work, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate on our website. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialists, Dave, to inspect the concrete.
Solution
Once Dave arrived, he began his close inspection of the concrete. Dave found that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil washout and needed to be lifted back to its original level. The homeowner liked Dave's solution, so they agreed with his plan. Once the plans were approved by the office, they were assigned to one of our Foremen, Dylon, and his crew. Dylon and his crew began the project by lifting the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. Once the sidewalk slabs were lifted to the same height, the crew shifted their focus to replacing all the old joints. The crew took the old sidewalk joints and replaced them with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. If you notice your sidewalk slabs are uneven, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
