Andover, MN, Overlapping Driveway Leveled
Challenge
A homeowner in Andover, MN, was concerned about their overlapping garage apron and back patio. Uncertain of the cause, the homeowner began looking for answers. The homeowner decided to take a look at the local referral website and noticed American Waterworks at the top of the list. After diving deeper, the homeowner saw that we offer concrete lifting and leveling services. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Romeo, one of our Design Specialists.
Solution
After Romeo arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the garage apron and back patio. Following his inspection, Romeo found that the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement. Romeo shared his findings with the homeowner but also was able to provide them with a solution. Romeo suggested lifting and leveling the garage apron and back patio using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The homeowner agreed with Romeo's suggestions, so the plans were passed along to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. After Romeo and his crew received the plans, they traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew started by lifting the driveway apron and back patio. Once both areas were properly lifted, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the damaged joints. To repair these joints, the crew used NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were installed, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
