A homeowner in Maple Plain, MN, was anxious that their damaged patio concrete was affecting the stabilization of their deck. Knowing they could not solve the issues on their own, the homeowner began looking for a professional who could. Solution

Once Nick arrived at the home, he started his thorough investigation of the patio and stabilization of the deck. Nick discovered settlement was the culprit behind the issues, so he recommended permanently stabilizing the deck and lifting the patio back to its original place. The homeowner knew this was their best option, so they decided to go ahead with the plan. Once approved by the homeowner, the plans were sent for the office to build the job. Next, two of our Foremen were assigned to complete the project, Jesus and Dylon. First, Jesus, and his crew traveled to the home to install two Helical Piers on the deck legs. Helical Piers permanently stabilizes your home's foundation and has the capability to lift your home to the proper level. After Jesus and his crew installed the piers, they left and handed the job off to Dylon and his crew. Dylon and his crew arrived and began by lifting the patio using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the patio was lifted, Dylon and his crew took out all the old joints and replaced them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. Once the patio was fully restored, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew.
