Challenge

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed their driveway slabs were significantly uneven. To prevent any injuries, the homeowner knew they needed to solve the issue right away. Hoping to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into concrete repair near Fargo, ND. After looking through several companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to take a closer look.

Solution

Once Ian arrived, he began his detailed inspection of the cracked concrete. Ian discovered that the slabs were sinking into the ground. To stop the slabs from sinking, the homeowner recommended lifting and leveling the concrete back to its original position. After debating their options, the homeowner decided to follow through with this plan. Next, Ian passed the proposal off to our Logistics team and built the project. Once the project was finalized, it was sent to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew. As soon as they received the plans, Charlie and his crew traveled to the home and began the concrete leveling project. First, the crew lifted the entire driveway using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. PolyLevel will stabilize and lift sinking concrete slabs back to their original position. Once the driveway was lifted, the crew took out the old joints and replaced them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. As soon as all the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
