Solution
Once Romeo arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the concrete throughout the apartment complex. Romeo arrived at the home and took a close look at the affected concrete. During his inspection, Romeo discovered that the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Romeo recommended lifting the sidewalk using our PolyLevel solution and replacing the joints with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. The landlord agreed with Romeo's recommendations, so Romeo sent the plans back to the office to be built. Once the office built the project, it was sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew to begin. Dylon and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, Dylon and his crew began by installing PolyLevel underneath all the affected walkways. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. Once all the walkways were lifted, the crew shifted their attention to repairing the damaged sidewalk joints. To repair these joints, the crew used NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks. Once the joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
