Sunken Garage Apron Lifted in Fargo, ND
Challenge
A homeowner in Fargo, ND, disliked the look of their cracked, uneven garage apron. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner asked a local Facebook group for any recommendations for concrete driveway repair. Several members of the group recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at the services we offer. Once the homeowner saw our impressive concrete before and after photo albums, the homeowner knew we were the best choice for their home. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kole, to the home.
Solution
As soon as Kole arrived, he began his thorough investigation of the concrete. During his investigation, Kole discovered the garage apron was sinking into the ground. To stop the apron from sinking, Kole recommended lifting and leveling the apron back into its place with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. After learning about PolyLevel, the homeowner knew we were the best company for the job. Once the homeowner approved the plans, it was sent to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew to begin the project. Charlie and his crew traveled to the home and started by lifting the garage apron back to its original. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. Next, Charlie and his crew repaired the joints and cracks using NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. NexusPro is specially engineered to provide flexibility and long-lasting durability. Once the products were all installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a kind review. If you are suffering from a similar issue, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
