Solution
Our Design Specialist, Canon T., arrived at the home in a couple of weeks to inspect the garage. He informed the homeowner that one of the common causes of concrete damage is soil compaction and settling. When the soil's load-carrying capacity is exceeded, it causes it to compact and settle. As the soil expands and contracts beneath the concrete slab, it eventually leads to the slab sinking and cracking. For this reason, Canon recommended having the concrete lifted using our PolyLevel. He explained that our PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that is injected in the space between the soil and concrete slab, lifting the concrete to an even level. The homeowner was grateful for Canon's explanation and happily moved forward with his design.
In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They first began by drilling small holes in the concrete slab. Then, our PolyLevel is injected and expands underneath the slab, lifting it. Once the crew was finished, they poured concrete over the holes and cleaned up their equipment.
