Challenge

A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, noticed that the slab in front of the step had begun settling, causing a trip hazard for anyone who walks on it. Concerned for her friends and family, she decided it was best to address the issue rather than wait until it worsens. Solution

In about a week, our Design Specialist, Brad W., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the issue, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. After the inspection, Brad recommended our PolyLevel to lift the concrete slab and NexusPro to seal the joints. In two weeks, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small 3/8" holes into the slab and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected into the settled concrete, causing it to lift. Once it is at the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, they sealed the joints with NexusPro.
