Sinking Concrete Floor Pulling Away from Saint Paul Park, MN Wall
Challenge
Julie H. in Saint Paul Park, MN noticed that her concrete floor in her basement has started sinking and pulling away from the walls. Her basement floor was already finished with carpet and linoleum. She was concerned with how uneven her floor was becoming and how quickly it was sinking, so she started researching concrete repair contractors. She found American Waterworks and was interested in repairing her concrete with out PolyLevel foam injection, so she contacted us, received a FREE onsite estimate, and scheduled the project.
Solution
After the carpet, linoleum and trim were removed, our concrete repair experts drilled small holes throughout the concrete floor. They injected a polymer foam called PolyLevel into the holes until the floor was raised and level with the walls. Lastly, they filled back the holes with concrete and cleaned up their work area. This process took about half a day to complete, and now Julie doesn’t have to worry about her concrete floor sinking for years to come!
