Cracked Concrete Porch Fixed in Willard, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Willard, WI did not enjoy the uneven and cracked areas of the concrete porch in his yard. Wanting to smooth out the surface so he could enjoy the space once again during the summer months, he began his research on businesses in the surrounding area. Our FREE estimate service showed up when he found the American Waterworks website and he scheduled an appointment to get further details. We sent our Design Specialist, Chuck Haldeman, to the site to begin inspecting what possible solutions could be.

Solution

After the inspection concluded, Chuck informed the homeowner that the best way to move forward and get his desired result would be to install two of our products. The customer agreed with all of Chucks recommendations. With the plan in place, the crew arrived a few weeks later and began by using our PolyLevel product which requires only pencil-sized holes for injection and lifts the concrete to even out the surface. Next, to seal the cracks and fill in any gaps between the concrete slabs they used NexusPro. An added bonus to this is that it provided a neat, clean look to the concrete, which adds to the curb appeal of the home. The result was an even and crack-free surface that the homeowner was very pleased with.
