Adams, MN Sunken Driveway Restored

Challenge

A customer in Adams, MN was alarmed when he one day noticed the difference in levels between his garage and the driveway. There was also a cracked segment of the driveway corner that he had wanted to fix for some time. He decided that he should take action to fix them while there were already two issues present. One of his next-door neighbors had driveway issues recently and had American Waterworks come to do the repairs. He got the contact information and scheduled a FREE estimate appointment to meet with one of our Design Specialists. The customer was greeted by Design Specialist Lance Schmidt to discuss what the problem and possible solution were.

Solution

Lance explained to the customer that often times driveways sink and settle because of the added weight of the concrete slabs and the weight of vehicles that have driven on them. He said the best course of action would be to move forward with installing two of our products, PolyLevel, a polyurethane formula that allows for accurate leveling of the slab, and NexusPro, a durable silicone-based sealant to fill in joints and cracks. The customer understood and was eager to continue with the plan. Later, our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, arrived at the site with his crew to begin the installations. The customer was happy with how the driveway turned out and was excited to recommend our services to his friends and family.
