Driveway Lifted and Leveled in Rochester, MN

Challenge

In the Rochester, MN area, a homeowner was distressed with the condition of her driveway. It had sunken quite a bit over the years and large cracks had formed in some of the concrete slabs. She decided to look into a service in the nearby area that could help with repairing it. During her research, she found the American Waterworks website and was impressed with the results in our "Before and After" stories. She decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates to talk things over more with an expert and understand the process of concrete repair. When Design Specialist Mike Dexter arrived at the home, he inspected the driveway and designed a plan for fixing it.

Solution

Mike informed the homeowner that the reason her driveway had sunk so much was due to the heavy weight of the large slabs that make it up. In addition to this, large cracks can form as a result when the concrete sinks over time and breaks off from the rest of the slab. He explained that using PolyLevel and NexusPro would help to lift the concrete back up and smooth out any gaps and cracks. The homeowner agreed to the plans and was happy that there was a solution for the problem. One of our Foremen, Ryan Trogstad, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the concrete repairing process and restore the driveway.
