Upgraded Pool Deck in Burnsville, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Burnsville, MN was looking forward to using the pool in his backyard during the summer but was unhappy with the appearance of the pool deck. He began researching a place that could help him out and offer a recommendation of what could be done to freshen up the area. The American Waterworks website showed up in his searching and he was intrigued by our FREE estimate services. He decided to sign up for his own estimate so he could discuss things over with an expert and ask his questions about the process. We sent over Design Specialist Kyle Peters to the home to carry out the thorough inspection.

Solution

Kyle was happy to answer the homeowner's questions and take a look at the pool deck area. Upon further inspection, Kyle found small cracks and holes in the current joint sealant. He explained to the homeowner that this was a clear sign of water/weather damage and replacing it with a stronger sealant would improve the appearance and function. The homeowner agreed and the plans were approved and given to one of our Foremen, Reese Rinken, and his crew. They arrived at the site and installed NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints that's specifically engineered to provide flexibility and long-lasting durability. The homeowner was pleased with the results and grateful for our services.
