In Chanhassen, MN a homeowner was ready for his front stoop and sidewalk areas to get a new look. He didn't know what kind of work needed to be done, so he decided to look online for a solution. He found our American Waterworks website during his search and gave us a call to find more information. We informed the homeowner of our FREE no-obligation estimate services and scheduled one for an expert to visit his home. When Design Specialist Brad Williams arrived at the home, he inspected the area and discussed things over with the homeowner.

Solution

Brad explained that the best solution for this problem was to install two of our products: PolyLevel and NexusPro. The homeowner was pleased with Brad's knowledge and agreed to the plans. When the project process moved forward, we sent over Foreman Jordan Simonson and his crew for the installations. The crew carefully prepped the area and installed the PolyLevel, a polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs, and NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for the joints and cracks. The homeowner was excited with the results and to have the stoop and sidewalk area restored.
