Sealant Saves the Day in La Crosse, WI

Challenge

In La Crosse, WI a homeowner was preparing for his yearly inspection appointment with American Waterworks. He was viewing his front yard area beforehand to see if anything stood out to him that he could mention to whoever would carry out the appointment. Sure enough, he found a small issue with the gaps between certain concrete areas in both the driveway and stoop. He hoped that there would be a solution to fill them in and make it smooth again. When our Service Technician, Clay Bassingthwaite, visited the home, the homeowner was sure to express his concerns about the gaps.

Solution

Clay inspected the areas and informed the homeowner that something could be done to fix them. The homeowner was happy that the issues were addressed and that a plan was put in place for installations. We sent our Foreman, Ryan Trogstad, with his crew to the site where they carried out the installations. They filled in the empty gaps with NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks.
