Tripping Hazard Gone in Little Canada, MN
Challenge
A business in Little Canada, MN was looking to make some changes to their sidewalk area after one of their employees tripped on the uneven surface while walking to his car. The business was worried about this happening again and wanted to find an effective solution. While searching for concrete repair companies in Minnesota, the American Waterworks page popped up, where they found our FREE estimate offers. They decided to sign up for one and see what could be done for the sidewalk before agreeing to any official project starting. When Design Specialist Canon Tweed arrived at the business, he saw the areas of concern and knew what needed fixing.
Solution
Canon explained that the concrete had sunken quite a bit and needed to be lifted back to its original height with PolyLevel to get rid of the tripping hazard. The business agreed that this was the best way to move forward and scheduled an installation date. We sent Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew to carry out the process and ensure the business was happy with the results. They installed the PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilized and lifted the concrete, and NexusPro sealant, a silicone-based material for the joints. The business was thrilled with the final look of the sidewalk and happy to be rid of the hazard thanks to our crew's work.
