Concrete Steps Saved in Annandale, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Annandale, MN was visiting his cabin and getting it ready for the summer months when he realized how different the concrete steps leading down to the dock and lake looked. He realized many of the steps had sunken lower, resulting in a difficult walk down the already steep path. He didn't want this to cause problems for his guests that visited the cabin, so he decided to find a solution to fix them. Online he found the American Waterworks company website and was excited to learn of our FREE no-obligation estimate offers. He signed up for his own and was later greeted by Design Specialist Mike Dexter.

Solution

Mike answered all of the homeowner's questions and spoke with him about the expectations for the concrete steps. He made sure to walk the homeowner through his analysis of the space and explain the detailed plan for installations. The homeowner was impressed with Mike's efficient work and thoughtfulness with including him in the process and agreed to the project plans. When one of our Foremen, Dylon Mish, and his crew went to the site they carried out the installation of our PolyLevel solution underneath the sunken steps. Once the steps were fully lifted back to their original heights, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the site. The homeowner was happy with the results and thankful for our team's work.
