Sunken Driveway Leveled in Argusville, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Argusville, ND was tired of having a sunken driveway and his car going over the bump between the top of the driveway and the garage every day. He wanted to make a change and began researching options for concrete repairs. He came across the American Waterworks website and looked into our concrete lifting product, PolyLevel. Solution

We received the homeowner's request and sent over Kole Lefebvre to the home to carry out an analysis of the concrete. Kole found that the problems the homeowner was having was only due to the top driveway slabs sinking, not the entire driveway. The homeowner was relieved to hear this and agreed to Kole's recommendations to install both PolyLevel solution and NexusPro joint sealant. On the day of installations, one of our Foremen, Charlie Coleman, and his crew made their way to the site. They prepped the area and lifted the top slabs back up to be level again with the garage floor. The crew finished by sealing the joints and other cracks on the driveway with NexusPro for a smooth finish. The homeowner was happy with the final results and to no longer have a bump to deal with.
