Sunken Driveway Lifted in Dassel, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Dassel, MN had been dealing with a sunken driveway and was tired of driving over the bump it had created each time she went in and out of the garage. Instead of leaving the problem alone and potentially get worse, she went online to see what services were in the surrounding area and found the American Waterworks website. She contacted us for a FREE no-obligation estimate and one of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, later went onsite to carry out an inspection of the driveway and speak more with the homeowner.

Solution

Kevin informed the homeowner that our PolyLevel product was a timely and inexpensive solution compared to other concrete repairs. The homeowner was glad to hear this and happy to agree to the installation plans. When the project day came, one of our Foremen and his crew went to the site and installed the PolyLevel solution to lift and level the concrete slabs back up. Then, they filled the spaces in between the concrete and garage floor with NexusPro joint sealant. The project was complete, and the homeowner was very happy she had contacted us to fix her driveway.
