Sunken Stoop in Eden Valley, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Eden Valley, MN was looking to make some changes to his front walkway and stoop area as he had recently noticed a line from where the concrete used to be before it sunk. He also found that the joints in between the slabs and the house had grown and looked unpleasant. Keeping these things in mind, he went online to find a solution and looked up "concrete contractors MN." One of the top results was American Waterworks, a name he had heard before but wasn't sure of what we did. The homeowner was curious to learn more about what we had to offer, so he clicked into our website to familiarize himself with our products and services. Solution

One of our Design Specialists, Gary Schulte, visited the home later to inspect the concrete and speak more with the homeowner. Gary informed the homeowner that the concrete had likely sunk due to soil settling.
