PolyLevel Injections in Elgin, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Elgin, MN was wanting to increase the curb appeal of her home, starting with repairs to the front concrete spaces. Over the years the walkway and stoop had sunk and was in need of a refresh. The homeowner had a few company names in mind that she had heard about from her neighbors, and she began looking through them. One of the names on her list was American Waterworks, a name that she had heard of before, but wanted to learn more about so she looked up "what does American Waterworks do?" Once she discovered our concrete repair services and FREE no-obligation estimates, she knew we were the company she wanted to move forward with.

Solution

We received the homeowner's request and sent over one of our Design Specialists, Dustin Loftus, to the home. Dustin analyzed the concrete spaces and knew just what products to recommend: PolyLevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. NexusPro is a long-lasting solution for repairing cracks and filling in joints in any concrete slab. The homeowner agreed to the installations and the plans were sent over to our office for approval. Once approved, our Foreman, Reese Rinken, and his crew went to the site to carry out the installations. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and the crew's hard work.
