Sunken Driveway Lifted in Elma, IA

Challenge

A homeowner in Elma, IA was frustrated with the large bump in between his driveway and garage floor that his car went over every time he drove in and out. Not wanting to have the problem get worse if left alone, he went online in search of an effective solution. One of the websites that stood out to him was the American Waterworks company because of our FREE no-obligation estimates. One of our Design Specialists went onsite to complete his estimate and prepare his recommendations.

Solution

The homeowner was pleased to hear from the Design Specialist that our PolyLevel product was strong enough to lift the driveway slabs back up to be level with the garage floor again. He agreed to the installation of the product and looked forward to the project day. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his crew went out to the site and carefully installed the PolyLevel. Once the slabs were level again, they filled in the empty joints with NexusPro for a smooth finish to the space, and the homeowner was very happy with the final results.
