PolyLevel and NexusPro Installations in Elk Mound, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Elk Mound, WI had been frustrated with her back walkway for a while because of the large cracks that spread throughout the whole surface. She only recently had realized that a large bump had also formed at the end of the walkway and right before the door. Not wanting anyone to trip on the bump, she knew it was time to find a concrete repair service that could help get rid of the problems. She found the American Waterworks website and gave our appointment center a call for a FREE estimate. We then sent over one of our Design Specialists to inspect the concrete.

Solution

The Design Specialist determined that the concrete slabs had sunk, resulting in the cracks and bump. To fix this problem and prevent it from happening again, he suggested installing PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete. He also recommended our NexusPro sealant to be applied to the cracks and smooth out the surface. The homeowner was happy to hear that something could be done, and she agreed to the installations. Later, one of our Foremen, Patrick Burnes, and his crew went to the site to carry out the project plans. The homeowner was impressed with how the walkway looked after the installations and knew calling us was the right decision.
