Concrete Lifting & Leveling in Fairmont, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Fairmont, MN was looking to make some changes to her back yard space for the summer and the first thing on her list was the back door patio area. Over time it had become damaged and dull looking with the sunken concrete and large empty joints and she knew it was time to tackle the problem. She found the American Waterworks website online and quickly became interested in our FREE no-obligation estimates, so she signed up for one. Our Design Specialist, Nate Bernard, went to the home later to inspect the concrete and come up with his recommendations.
Solution
Nate assured the homeowner that something could be done to fix the space and get it back to its original, smooth state with the help of our quality PolyLevel and NexusPro products. After the homeowner agreed to the installations and they were approved, the plans were given to Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew. They went to the site to install the PolyLevel which lifted the concrete back up. A month later, another Foreman, Ryan Trogstad, went to the site to make the finishing touches and fill in the joints with NexusPro. The homeowner was glad to have the problems gone and knew she made the right choice by contacting us for this project.
