A homeowner in Rochester, MN was enjoying the outdoors in the summer months when she discovered something off about her front walkway area. There was a large gap in between the walkway and the front stoop area which looked unpleasant and could be a trip hazard when walking up the stairs if someone wasn't watching closely. She decided to look into repairing the space and went online to search "concrete repair MN." Solution

We received the homeowner's request for an estimate, and sent our Design Specialist, Nate Bernard, to the home to complete an inspection. Nate determined that the heavy weight of the concrete slabs had led to them to settle into the ground below over time and pull away from the steps.
