PolyLevel Restores Front Steps in Rochester, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Rochester, MN was concerned about his front stairs area after he had recently tripped while walking on them. The lowest step had sunk quite a bit over the years and made it difficult to walk up and down the stairs smoothly. He found a temporary concrete step to place in the area but knew a more permanent solution was needed sooner than later. Online he looked for a service in his area by searching "concrete lifting Rochester, MN." He came across the American Waterworks website and decided to sign up for a FREE no-obligation estimate to learn more about us.
Solution
We sent over one of our Design Specialists, Mitch Strain, to the home to speak more with the homeowner and inspect the concrete steps. Mitch determined that the sunken concrete step was in need of PolyLevel to lift and level it back up to the other stairs. The homeowner knew it was the best decision, so he scheduled a date for installations. Later, our Foreman, Sam Klennert, and his crew went to the site to install the PolyLevel as well as seal the joints with NexusPro. The homeowner was relieved to have the problem gone and thanked our crew for their work.
