Front Walkway Lifted in La Crosse, WI
Challenge
A homeowner in La Crosse, WI was tired of dealing with his sunken front walkway and wanted to make a change to the space. Over the years as the walkway had lowered, it left a gap in between the concrete and the front porch that looked unsightly. It also made a tripping hazard for walking up and down the steps. He decided it was time to look into repairs, so he went online to find a concrete repair service. Out of all the results, he was familiar with the American Waterworks name because his neighbor had used our services before and had a positive experience with us, so he signed up for a FREE estimate.
Solution
Once we got the homeowner's request, we sent over our Design Specialist, Will Reader, to the home to inspect the walkway and prepare his recommendations. Will decided that the concrete was in need of some leveling from our PolyLevel foam. PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. Additionally, to freshen up the concrete, he recommended our NexusPro sealant to fill in the empty joints. The homeowner agreed to the installations and later met with our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew. After the installations were carried out, the crew cleaned up the materials, leaving behind a smooth walkway and a happy homeowner.
