Crawl Space Repair in Cannon Falls, MN

Gina L. in Cannon Falls, MN was referred to American Waterworks by her realtor. She was planning on selling her house but needed to address the structural integrity of her crawl space first. She had noticed that her floors were slopping, and she was concerned about her home’s stability. We sent one of our Design Specialists, to meet with Gina, evaluate the situation, and propose a custom designed solution for her home.

Solution

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Gina’s crawl space by installing 9 SmartJacks throughout the space. The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. After the SmartJacks were installed, our crew installed the drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and rim joist insulation. These products work together to keep the crawl space clean, dry, and energy efficient. Gina was super happy with the finished project!
