Crawl Space Waterproofing in Annandale, MN
Challenge
Homeowners in Annandale, MN had water seeping into the crawl sapce of their home causing mold and humidity problems. Mold has the potiential to cause health concerns so they called American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to examine the issue and come up wtih a solution. After a very thorough inspection, the homeowners were confident in our crawl space waterproofing products, so they went ahead with the installation.
Solution
Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production team began the installation by removing everything that was in the way and installing 775 feet of our TerraBlock, which is a strong insulation that serves as a moisture protectant. Next, our production team applied 425 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to the TerraBlock. Our CleanSpace prevents mold and humidity growth and provides the room or space with a clean appearance. The homeowners were very happy with the outcome and were grateful we were able to help them in their time of need!
