Crawl Space Encapsulation in Welch, MN
Challenge
Kami F. of Welch, MN had water leaking through the walls of her crawl space, making her feel uncomfortable living in her own home. The water exposure also caused humidity and mold build-up problems. She did some research online and came across American Waterworks. She called our office line to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke. Jeremy went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Kami got all of her questions answered, so she followed through with the project and set up an installation date.
Solution
Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production team began the project by installing 256 feet of our FoamMax around the wall perimeter. Our FoamMax is a foam insulation blanket that reduces condensation for moisture protection. It also provides the area with a much brighter and warmer atmosphere. Next, our team applied 440 feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up and covers any unwanted divots. Kami was extremely impressed with the work and has a restored peace of mind!
