Crawl Space Repaired in Dodge, WI
Challenge
Paul J. of Dodge, WI had water leaking into his crawl space and his floor was sagging inward, making him feel uneasy and nervous living in his own home. The water damage was attracting mold and mildew build-up, creating humidity waves, and the inward sagging movement was causing safety concerns. He did some research online and came across American Waterworks and our crawl space waterproofing repair products. He filled out our online FREE Estimate form, and our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, went to his home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Paul got all of his questions answered, so he went ahead with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production team applied 360 feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation around the crawl space perimeter. Our CleanSpace is a special protectant that prevents mold, mildew, and humidity, and it covers any unnecessary holes and divots. Next, Cole and his team installed three of our SmartJacks to lift the sagging wall. Our SmartJacks are made to hold heavy loads and repair floors that have trouble holding up themselves. Lastly, our team applied 110 feet of our spray foam around the top perimeter of the crawl space, which is made to keep heat in and keep water out. Paul was absolutely thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
