Crawl Space Waterproofed in Stanchfield, MN
Challenge
Nathan and Deanna C., homeowners in Stanchfield, MN, were experiencing water moisture problems in their crawl space. To prevent further humidity and mold growth, they wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. Nathan did some research on HomeAdvisor and came across American Waterworks. He called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan inspected their crawl space and came up with a solution. Nathan and Deanna were comfortable with the proposal, so they went ahead with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Garrett Luke, and his production team began the installation by laying 748 feet of drainage matting on the ground, which helps direct water to the drainage system. Next, our team applied 1,196 feet of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the perimeter of the crawl space. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold, cover any holes or divots, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance.
