A family in South Haven, MN was experiencing these same issues in their crawl space, and they wanted to get it fixed up as soon as possible so they could use the space for storage. Solution

Our production Foreman and his crew began the project by meeting the family and making sure they were comfortable with what was going to happen and answered any last-minute questions that they had. Next, our crew got to work and cleaned out the debris in the crawl space. Next, they installed our drainage matting on the ground of the crawl space. Our drainage matting gives the water that is flooding into the crawl space a channel underneath the crawl space liner. This directs the water that is flooding the crawl space into the perimeter crawl space drain. Lastly, our Foreman and his team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier. This vapor barrier is made to stop moisture from passing through the walls and floors, prevent mold and humidity, and transforms the crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient part of the home. After the completion of the project, our Foreman gave the family a final walkthrough and made sure they were happy with the work that was done.
