Solution
Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the process by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring they had all of their questions answered before the installation. After a thorough introduction, our team began the work and dug out 232 square feet of soil from around the foundation wall with an excavator. Next, our team installed our SentrySeal along the foundation wall, which is like a water vapor barrier. It prevents water from invading the wall and is similar to a blanket protectant. Lastly, our team installed our SilverGlo Insulation Panels on top of the SentrySeal. Our SilverGlo is a special insulation that comes with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. It provides value to homes and creates a barrier that keeps moisture from making its way into the crawl space or basement. To complete the project, Ryan and his team backfilled the hole, compacted the soil to ensure safety, and did a final walk-through with the homeowner to ensure they were comfortable and happy with the work that was done!
