A female resident in Oslo, MN had a musty and damp crawl space, and she wanted to get it encapsulated before it got any worse. Solution

Our Foreman and his production crew began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner and making sure all of their questions were answered. After a clear introduction, our team began the project by removing all the debris from the crawl space so it was easily accessible. Next, our team installed our Drainage Matting on the crawl space ground. Our Drainage Matting directs water into the crawl space drain or sump pump. Then, our Foreman and his crew installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the entire crawl space wall perimeter. Our Foamax Panels provide every savings and comfort to the home, while also brightening the crawl space and making it brighter. Lastly, our crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier. This vapor barrier prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through, prevents mold, pests, and other creatures, provides storage to the home, and saves money on utilities.
