Crawl Space Waterproofing in Colfax, ND

Challenge

Calling from Colfax, ND, James reached out to our team with questions regarding his crawlspace and waterproofing. He had some concerns with water getting into his storm shelter in part of his basement when the snow melted and heavy rains were happening.

Our Design Specialist, Richie, traveled out to the property to complete a FREE estimate. During the inspection, Richie examined the crawlspace area in the storm shelter and was ready to make his recommendations.

Solution

Our Foreman, Tanner, and his crew went to work on the crawlspace. First, they introduced our CleanSpace to address water entering through the wall. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier that gets installed right onto the problem walls, and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall. This also reduces the home's chances of being exposed to radon. This is redirected downward and into the second recommendation, our WaterGuard French drainage system. The team also worked on connecting the system to a new SuperSump Plus.

James now has a more comfortable, safe basement space without moisture. He was very pleased with the updates and happy to have a space that is dry, safe, and gives peace of mind.
