Crawl Space Transformation in North Branch, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in North Branch, MN, noticed a stale smell growing in their home. Uncertain of the source, the homeowner looked for professional assistance. During their search, the homeowner came across American Waterworks' website. While investigating, the homeowners took note of the several services we provide. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Nick, to provide the homeowners with some answers. Following Nick's analysis, he determined that the smell was coming from the crawl space. Nick suggested a solution to the homeowners that would solve their stinky issue. The homeowners agreed with Nick's suggestions and production commenced.

Solution

Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew arrived and they began by installing one Helical pier on the north wall. Then, the crew worked on clearing and removing all the debris from the dirt floor. Once all the debris was cleared, the crew was able to install the drainage matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on top of the Drainage Matting and the crawl space walls. Foamax is then installed on all the interior crawl space walls. Finally, the crew injects Sprayfoam on the perimeter crawl space joist pockets. Our efficient crew finished the project and left the crawl space looking brand new.
