Ian presented his findings to the homeowner and they agreed with his proposal. Once the proposal was confirmed, Ian passed the plans to our Foreman, Emmanuel, and his crew to begin the project. Emmanuel and his crew traveled to Wishek, ND, and began the encapsulation. First, Emmanuel and his crew began by preparing the crawl space for the Drainage Matting insulation. Drainage Matting is an extremely durable matting that creates a drainage space and thermal break between CleanSpace and the ground. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace, a heavy 20-mil thick liner that acts as a vapor barrier for your crawl space. Emmanuel and his crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space floor and walls. Finally, the crew passed the project onto our Radon Sales and Service Technician, Jackson. Jackson installed the basic radon kit into the home's crawl space.
