Next, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the crawl space floors. Drainage Matting is an extremely durable matting that creates a drainage space and thermal break. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space floors and walls. CleanSpace is a heavy 20-mil thick liner that acts as a vapor barrier for your crawl space. Finally, the crew installed SmartJacks throughout the entire crawl space. SmartJacks is a high-capacity adjustable steel pier designed to stop settling and even raise the floor back up.
