Distribution Center Gets Stabilized in Redby, MN

Renae from Redby, MN got in contact with us when she began to notice that the distribution center she worked at was beginning to show signs of sinkage in particular places. She feared that if the issue was left unresolved, the building might become structurally compromised, or be more expensive to fix later down the road. When she called in, we set her up with our FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property to complete his thorough no-obligation walkthrough. Once he completed his inspection, he recommended the use of our helical piers to correct the sinking portion of the building. He explained that because the portion being lifted was so small, the helical pier would be the best choice because of its ability to be pulled into the soil during installation, providing anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation is transferred to the pier. He went on to say that the helical pier is very versatile and typically used for lighter loads. Renae agreed and work began a few weeks later. Our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew worked diligently to install 4 of our helical piers around the troubled portion of the foundation.
