Crawl Space and Foundation Stabilized in Westby, WI

A homeowner in Westby, WI, knew it was about time to have their older home's foundation inspected. Unsure where to begin, the homeowner started by simply searching for 'foundation repair' in their area. The first company to populate was us, American Waterworks. Upon his arrival, Dustin introduced himself to the homeowners and began his inspection of the home. Dustin found that the foundation floors required stabilization and the crawl space encapsulated. The homeowners wanted to have their issues resolved, so they wanted to hear Dustin's recommendations. Dustin suggested that the foundation floors be stabilized using SmartJacks. The homeowners agreed and the production preparations commenced. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew were assigned to complete the job. After they arrived, the crew began by removing and cleaning the debris in the crawl space. Once the crawl space was cleaned, the crew could start installing SmartJacks throughout the crawl space. After the SmartJacks were properly secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the Drainage Matting on the floor. Next, the crew installed the CleanSpace on all walls and floors in the crawl space. The crew successfully stabilized and encapsulated the crawl space.
