Failing Wall Rescued in Holmen, WI

A homeowner from Holmen, WI, was awaiting an American Waterworks Service Technician out to his home to perform an annual maintenance on a system we had placed a few years back. The homeowner had new concerns for his home and decided to talk to our Service Technician, Kyle H, about them. When Kyle arrived, the homeowner explained that his basement wall was showing signs of cracking, and he was concerned that it could mean something worse for his home. Kyle dedicated extra time to the homeowner's concerns, and when he finished his inspection and annual maintenance, he met back up with the homeowner to discuss the wall.
