Settling Foundation Repaired in Saint Paul, MN

Sharon S. of Saint Paul, MN had a settling foundation in the home that she built in the 1930s. The concrete footing of her stairway was sinking. She called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Russ. Russ went to Sharon's house, inspected her foundation, and determined a solution that would work for her needs. Sharon was confident in Russ's proposal of our Helical Piers, so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Hugo, and his production team installed seven of our Helical Piers to stabilize and level the home. This system is designed to transfer the weight of the home to strong, supporting soils, then the soil around the foundation is replaced. Sharon was happy with the work, and had a great experience with our team!
