PowerBraces and Anchors Restore Foundation in Lake Mills, IA

Challenge

Michael F. in Lake Mills, IA recently purchased a home that had an unstable foundation. He knew that foundation problems can lead to severe and expensive problems, so he started looking for a foundation repair contractor. He had heard about other neighbors in town using American Waterworks to restore their foundations, so he gave us a call to receive a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went onsite to inspect the foundation first hand and he was able to develop a thorough solution to permanently restore his solution.

Solution

We were able to successfully repair Michael's foundation by installing 7 wall anchors along the east wall and 6 PowerBraces along the south wall. These foundation repair products permanently stabilize and secure the foundation, and over time, they can straighten the walls back to their original position. We also installed SilverGlo and SentrySeal to insulate and seal the foundation from water. The homeowner was very pleased with the results.
