Damaged Foundation Restored in Le Sueur, MN

Jack H. in Le Sueur, MN had a foundation that was starting to fail. A couple of his basement walls were cracked and bowing inward. He also noticed his brick foundation was sinking. He knew how expensive replacing an entire foundation can be, so he decided to contact us to receive a FREE estimate to have his foundation repaired. 

Solution

We were able to permanently repair Jack's foundation by installing helical piers under the foundation of the home and wall anchors along the bowing walls. The piers solved his settlement problem by transferring the weight of the home to strong, competent supporting soils at a greater depth and the wall anchors stabilize and straighten the wall. Jack is glad he chose to permanently restore his foundation and protect his most important asset.
